Xavier University Online College Entrance Exam* for Incoming Freshmen and Transferees for SY 2023-2024

Who is eligible to take this exam?

> Graduating Grade 12 students who are Incoming Freshmen
> College transferee/s
> Applicants who were NOT able to take the scholarship exam last January and February 2023

* Interested applicants to the following programs: BS Accountancy, AB/BS Psychology, BS Nursing, BS Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering,  Engineering programs (except Industrial Engineering), and Education programs

 

Registration Process:

1. Pay the amount of 220 php as testing fee through any of these options:

a. For bank payment, you may pay over the counter or through online fund transfer via this account:

b. Pay at the 8455新澳门路线网址 Main Campus Finance Office during business hours, Mondays to 
Fridays (dress code and protocols need to be observed for campus access. This may change depending on the IATF guidelines and/or University Finance Office Advisory).

* The testing fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. 

2. Prepare the following:

a. Scanned copy of deposit slip or proof of payment (please write your complete name on the receipt) or official receipt from the 8455新澳门路线网址 Finance Office;
b. Scanned copy of a recent photo (with white background);
c. Scanned copy of a valid school ID (front and back) or scanned copy of a Certificate of Enrolment from the School Principal with student’s photo

Please take note that after you have successfully uploaded your Proof of Payment and other documents and have submitted your Registration Form, 8455新澳门路线网址 Finance Office will verify and process your payment within 2-3 working days. Please ensure also that your complete name is indicated in the receipt. NO INDICATED COMPLETE NAME ON THE RECEIPT, NO PROCESSING/CLEARING OF PAYMENT

4. Once your registration application has been approved, wait for an email from the Testing Office containing your Permit-to-Exam (processing may take 7-10 working days, excluding weekends and holidays).
